We decided to enjoy one of the last few nice days and head to the zoo. Elsie has been reading books about animals lately so we thought she would love it. I think she was in shock that these animals she has seen in books were real :) It was fun to see her recognize some of the animals and here are a few of her favorites! What a great family day!!!

William slept THE ENTIRE TIME!!!
Elsie thought the pig behind her was a tiger....it was striped like a tiger and most pigs she sees in books are pink! Too funny.....
First carousel ride.....she loved it and smiled the whole time!
And what trip downtown would be complete without a trip to the Varsity.....a first for both Elsie and William!!!
