OK.....I know it has been months since I have updated our blog.  I am terrible--I know!  Not much exciting around here...and when anything exciting happens I seem to have misplaced my camera.  I have captured a few pictures of Charlie that really show off his personality!  He is the craziest dog I have ever know---we love him to death!  Enjoy a good laugh :)

Our 1st Anniversary

My wonderful husband planned a surprise weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary!  We started out the day with a 90 minute couples massage!  Wow...what a treat :)  After that, we headed downtown to the Westin to, of course, watch the remainder of the Dawgs game!  Go Georgia!  We then headed upstairs to the Sundial Restaurant for dinner overlooking the city.  What a beautiful view from 75 floors above downtown Atlanta.  Scott surprised me at dinner with tickets to the Brad Paisley show this coming Thursday night!  I have been saying forever that I would love to see his show! I cannot wait!  Our room reservations included strawberries and champagne that evening and breakfast in bed this morning.  What a special man I have...and I get to spend the rest of my life with him!!!!

What a wonderful time with friends!  My friend Amberly was about to give birth in this picture!  They welcomed a beautiful baby girl on Friday!  It is always nice to get together to laugh, share stories, and just be together!!

Summer Trip

We have been able to travel quite a bit this past year (Antigua, Biltmore House, New York, Savannah).  Our trip up to New England was our latest trip and we had a blast!  We stayed in Boston for a few nights and were able to see all the historic sights as well as attend a Red Sox game!  Those Bostonians love baseball!  We then flew to Nantucket for a couple nights!  We rode our bikes everywhere....most likely about 15 miles.  For those of you that know me, that was quite a feat!  The last leg of our trip took us to Maine. Wow...what a beautiful place!
